This property was purchased to be resold to a buyer. When we got the property, everything on the first floor needed to be done.

So we tore down the walls, opened the kitchen up and built a half bath on the first floor and a full bath on the third floor.

While doing the kitchen, I brought on my younger cousin, one of my sons (19 years old) and my daughter.

I taught them how to put sheetrock and tile on the walls. My daughter is only 10 and she’s putting that work in as well :D. Got to start them off early.
